Standing Seam Metal Roof clips are used to fasten metal roof panels, keeping them in place and avoiding damage from adverse weather conditions. These clips are designed to fit snugly and securely between two metal panels while allowing for thermal expansion and contraction.
To ensure durability and endurance, our standing seam metal roof clips are manufactured of high-quality materials. We provide a number of clips, each of which is intended to match various metal shingle sizes and shapes. Our clips are simple to install and require no additional tools or abilities.
Standing Seam Roof Clips are mostly employed in standing seam roofing systems. Its benefits are clear, particularly in the following areas.
- There is no need to puncture the roof panel.
- There is no need to lap.
- The appropriate inclination might be as little as 1.5 degrees.
- A wide range of materials and surface treatments are available.
- There is no need for any maintenance.
- Aluminum-magnesium-manganese sheet metal roof panels may be twisted or formed into a fan shape.
- The system provides high waterproofing and air permeability.
- There is no need to use a sealer.
- A hidden fastening or sealing solution can eliminate roof panel thermal expansion and contraction difficulties.
- This system has received national certification BBA04/4090.
- The aluminum-magnesium-manganese sheet metal roof panel system includes heat preservation, sound absorption, noise reduction, and other functions.
- Processable on-site
- Provide a one-of-a-kind system guarantee
- Complete models: yx65-300, yx65-400, yx65-420, yx65-430, yx65-430, and so on, for various design requirements.
The following are the general inspection criteria for standing seam fasteners:
- The gate and riser on the fastener’s non-processing surface should be cleaned to make the fastener’s surface uniformly smooth, and the remaining gate and riser on the processing surface should fulfill the criteria of the designs. Non-ferrous metal fasteners are typically permitted to be 2-5 mm higher than the fastening surface, whereas ferrous metal fasteners are often allowed to be 5-15 mm higher.
- Cracks, through-holes, through-cold insulation, through-shrinkage porosity, and slag inclusion faults are not permitted in fasteners.
- Clean up the burrs and seams on the raw surface of the fasteners to smooth the surface of the fasteners.
- flaws on the fastener’s surface that do not exceed the range of machining tolerances are permitted, but crack flaws must be eliminated.
- The surface of the casting must be flat as the processing and measuring standard.
- Deformed fasteners are permitted to be reformed before being individually examined for cracks.
- flaws are permitted on the non-processed and treated surfaces of fasteners, and the flaws are defined in applicable standards.
